Service Project Update: Wilson Park Cleanup

Wilson Park Cleanup

It was a great fall morning to be in the park. The fall air was cool and crisp, the tree leaves were full of color.

We met at the shelter at 9am where gloves, graspers, and other tools were distributed.

Volunteers included Jim Tobin, Ivan Hiett, Patty May, Paul May, Bob Becker, John Ashburn, and Eric Tichay.

We were briefed, then spilt up into groups of two. Two hours later we met back at the shelter to report the types of trash and quantities we had picked up. Each volunteer had collected two bags of trash.
