Working Reptilefest at the Virginia Museum of Natural History was an exciting experience for Southwestern Piedmont Master Naturalists! Thirteen naturalists were on hand to work the outreach table and help curators with live animals and specimens of reptiles and amphibians from the museum collection. 3,058 visitors arrived from across Virginia, nine other states and Canada. The outreach table provided information directly to 400 adult visitors on how to use the iNaturalist app to log species as part of the up-coming City Nature Challenge.
